The client requested KNS Metals to come up with a simple yet effective design which could be installed on site efficiently. A custom design solution was found which could be flat-packed and easily assembled. The processes used were, Solidworks for 3D Designing, laser cutting and folding for each individual panel and then powder coating prior to packaging.
